Incredible opportunity for a detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our highly respected boutique litigation law firm client located in Buckhead! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties in a legal setting.

Our client specializes in all facets of real estate, employment and complex business litigation.

DUTIES

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner (USE THE SWITCH BOARD)
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff as needed
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures***
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with calendar management software is preferred
  • Previous employment stability - looking for someone to stay long term
