  • Provide support for attorney business development initiatives, including preparation of materials and coordination of outreach efforts.
  • Assist with updates to website content and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for firm events, conferences, and client-facing programs.
  • Maintain and organize marketing templates, collateral, and internal resources.
  • Assist with the preparation of submissions for legal directories, awards, and industry recognitions.
  • Assist with internal communications and firm announcements.
  • Coordinate with administrative teams on firm initiatives involving multiple departments.
  • Provide general project support for marketing initiatives as the firm continues to grow.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a professional services environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience working with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting event planning or coordination preferred.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, or Canva is helpful.
  • Interest in or familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment.
