Block LLP is seeking a highly driven and creative Growth Hacker to help accelerate the firm's growth through innovative marketing strategies, lead generation initiatives, and AI-powered systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimentation, and is passionate about building scalable growth engines that deliver measurable results.
Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Growth Hacker will oversee marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, social media, web, content, and automation. This position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to directly influence client acquisition, brand visibility, and the future growth of the firm.

What You'll Do
Growth Strategy & Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and drive case acquisition.
  • Identify new opportunities to generate qualified leads and improve marketing performance.
  • Optimize the client acquisition funnel from initial awareness through conversion.
  • Develop scalable growth systems that support long-term firm expansion.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across paid media, SEO, social media, content, and web channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Manage campaign performance and continuously optimize for improved ROI.
  • Oversee website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing initiatives.
AI & Marketing Automation
  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to improve campaign development, content creation, and internal workflows.
  • Build and optimize marketing automations, reporting systems, and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Support the firm's broader AI and innovation initiatives where appropriate.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and performance summaries for leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement strategies based on performance trends and market opportunities.
Team & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors.
  • Help prioritize projects, allocate resources, and ensure accountability across campaigns.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, social media, website optimization, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and improve ROI.
  • Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads, pipelines, reporting, and marketing performance.
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply them to marketing workflows and strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
