Legal Filing Clerks are administrative professionals responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving legal documents and case files within law firms, courts, or corporate legal departments. They ensure that important paperwork such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs are accurately filed and easily accessible. Their work helps legal teams operate efficiently by maintaining order and confidentiality in document management. Legal Filing Clerks may also assist with data entry, record keeping, and occasionally supporting attorneys with basic administrative tasks.
