Job description

Note: The position is Onsite (No Work from Home). Position Details: Position: Legal Documentation Specialist Industry: Banking/Financial Services Job duration: 18 months (Possible Extension/Conversion) Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266 (Onsite - No Work from Home) Schedule: Monday - Friday (Business Hours) Pay Range: $23-24/hour Pay Structure: Bi-Weekly - Once every two weeks Interview Process: Video Interview - 30 minutes - MS Teams Project Scope / Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Join the Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with customers who are dealing with civil legal matters. Will be looking at physical legal documents to ensure that all items within the documents are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, and meet state requirements.

Verify information before itโ€™s sent out to 3rd-party legal partners. Checking notarization on documents. May do judgment and complaint validations as needed.

Required Skills: Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Basic computer skills.
