Job description

Legal Assistant- Family Law (will support Managing Partner)
  • Must Have 3 year Minimum of Family Law Experience

- Format legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, correspondence and e-filing
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, court hearings, depositions, initial consults
- Manage attorney calendar, deadlines, and reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing emails (including saving and/or sending to clients), process and save documents to NetDocuments
- Process Attorney Notes, Create and Maintain Attorney Binders for all cases
- Close Files
- Work cooperatively with dedicated paralegal
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct
- Communicate professionally

 

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

In Office only, no hybrid schedule if offered for this position. 
Salary is commensurate with experience.
