Director of Digital Marketing – Dallas Division

The Ledger Law Firm is seeking an exceptional Director of Digital Marketing to lead and grow the marketing operation for our Dallas Division.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines digital marketing expertise, creativity, technology, and an inspiring personality. We are looking for a person who can not only develop sophisticated marketing strategies, but also recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team around them.

The right candidate will be excited about where digital marketing is going—not where it has been.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing the digital growth strategy for The Ledger Law Firm, with a particular focus on generating high-quality personal injury leads, improving marketing efficiency, expanding our digital presence, and building a talented internal marketing team.

You will work directly with firm leadership and have substantial freedom to test new ideas, technologies, platforms, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall digital marketing strategy for the Dallas Division
• Build, manage, mentor, and inspire a growing internal marketing team
• Develop scalable strategies for generating qualified personal injury leads
• Oversee Google Ads, PPC, paid search, SEO, social media, landing pages, conversion optimization, and digital advertising
• Establish clear KPIs for cost per lead, cost per signed case, conversion rates, ROI, and marketing attribution
• Analyze campaign data and continually identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and test new advertising campaigns, landing pages, messaging, and acquisition channels
• Work closely with intake and firm management to improve the entire path from advertising impression to signed client
• Evaluate and implement emerging marketing technologies
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing processes
• Recruit and develop additional marketers, designers, developers, content specialists, and other team members as the department grows
• Stay ahead of major developments in Artificial Intelligence, search, digital advertising, automation, and consumer behavior

Artificial Intelligence & Technology Requirement

Candidates must have meaningful hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Artificial Intelligence applied to digital marketing
• AI-assisted live coding / vibe coding and the ability to rapidly build or modify websites, landing pages, internal tools, marketing applications, or automations
• Advanced digital marketing technology, automation, analytics, or performance marketing

Experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Vercel, or similar AI and development tools is highly desirable.

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how AI can be used to make a marketing organization faster, smarter, more creative, and more efficient.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Google Ads / PPC
• Proven ability to develop and execute measurable marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing data
• Experience managing people or building a marketing team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate strategy into execution
• Comfortable experimenting with new technology and rapidly changing marketing platforms
• Experience with high-value lead generation is strongly preferred
• Legal or personal injury marketing experience is a plus, but not required
