Job description

Leave Administrator (Contract) Location: Remote after onsite training
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leave Administrator to support a leave management pilot program. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with an experienced leave management professional. Prior leave administration experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration and tracking of employee leave cases
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and UKG to support leave processes
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding leave requests and status updates
  • Support reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks related to leave management
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information
Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Comfortable navigating technology and learning new systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint preferred
  • Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
