OVERVIEW
A professional property management company is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations for a 64-unit market-rate residential community in West Bend.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working independently while still delivering a high level of service to residents and prospects. You’ll play a key role in maintaining occupancy and ensuring a smooth leasing experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Respond to leasing inquiries and communicate with prospects, residents, and vendors
  • Schedule and conduct property showings
  • Process applications and assist with resident screenings
  • Prepare leases, renewals, and related documentation
  • Support unit check-outs and security deposit accounting
  • Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
  • Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for property needs
  • Assist in maintaining high occupancy and resident retention
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
