Area Leasing Manager

Clarksville, TN / Bowling Green, KY Area | Multifamily Housing

1+ Year Multifamily Leasing Experience Required

Brookside is seeking an experienced Area Leasing Manager to support apartment communities throughout the Clarksville, TN and Bowling Green, KY markets. This is a great opportunity for a strong leasing professional who enjoys variety, building relationships, coaching teams, and driving results across multiple communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive leasing activity and help communities achieve occupancy goals
  • Travel between assigned properties to provide leasing support
  • Train, coach, and mentor onsite leasing teams
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing leasing staff
  • Support marketing initiatives and lead-generation efforts
  • Help teams improve follow-up, closing, and customer service
  • Assist with collections and other operational needs as needed
  • Build strong relationships with prospective residents and current residents
  • Identify challenges and help onsite teams develop solutions
  • Step in where needed to keep communities performing at their best

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of multifamily leasing experience required
  • Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate onsite teams
  • Weekend availability required
  • Willingness to travel between assigned communities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong computer skills; Entrata experience is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with onsite and regional teams
