What is our Leasing role? Springplace Apartments is a 72 unit elderly property in Lenoir City, TN. This position will be part-time for 20 - 24 hours weekly during normal business hours. Our Leasing role is responsible for intake and processing of rental applications and leasing apartments while maintaining strong customer service and satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and good knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office and other computer software/programs. A Leasing Agent will perform various tasks such as: rent collections, rental applications, resident interaction, posting notices, showing vacant units, etc. This position is our front of house type role and needs to portray excellent customer service to current residents and potential residents.
Who is our Ideal Candidate?
  • Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service/sales is preferred.
  • A person with a passion or interest in giving back to the community in which he/she lives.
  • Previous experience in an office setting using Microsoft Office products is preferred.
