Are you friendly, outgoing, professional, and great with people? Looking to break into the real estate industry but do not have direct leasing experience yet? We are willing to train the right person with strong communication and customer service skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, reception, or sales who wants to build a long-term career in property management and real estate.
What You'll Do
Customer Service & Resident Relations
• Greet prospective residents and create a welcoming experience
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist residents professionally
• Build relationships with current and future residents
• Help resolve questions and concerns with a positive attitude
• Follow up with prospects and residents in a timely manner
Leasing
• Tour apartment homes and community amenities
• Explain pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly
• Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing
• Assist with applications, paperwork, and move-in coordination
• Help keep model units clean, organized, and ready for tours
Marketing & Community Outreach
• Participate in outreach marketing and resident events
• Support social media and community marketing efforts
• Shop competitors and stay informed about the local market
