THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR LEASING ASSISTANT

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, serving primarily southern Detroit and the surrounding Metro Detroit areas.


YOUR ROLE:

As our Leasing Assistant, you'll support leasing efforts across several apartment communities by answering inquiries, welcoming prospective residents on tours, assisting with applications, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination, and helping site managers with daily administrative tasks. Your day will be a blend of people-facing interactions and behind-the-scenes organization, giving you a well-rounded view of community operations, all while supporting, not managing, the leasing process.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Administrative proficiency (computers, customer service, filing, organization)
  • Desire to learn and grow in property management

Preferred qualifications include previous experience as a leasing assistant and an understanding of Fair Housing standards.
