The Assistant Operations Manager contributes to organizational success through strategic leadership and effective communication to drive operational excellence and customer service.We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.


What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Be accountable for the performance of fixed operations (parts, service, body shop) and review daily branch performance.
  • Perform financial analysis, establish annual budgets, and develop marketing plans for the branch.
  • Partner with HR to recruit, develop, retain, hire, train, lead, and monitor the performance of branch operational personnel.
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve operational processes, customer service, and overall branch profitability.
  • Effectively manage relationships and maintain strong, collaborative ties across employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ensure team members uphold integrity in line with company values while executing initiatives to enhance customer service.
  • Make sound business decisions to assist in resolving operational challenges and seizing strategic growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
  • Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business 


What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • A minimum of five years of operations experience in a retail setting.
  • Supervisory skills include coaching, training, and motivating subordinates to reach established department goals. 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects that impact all areas of the business.
  • Verifiable analytical skills and experience in making sound business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Intermediate computer experience, including collaborative software applications
