Leasing Coordinators play a key role in supporting the leasing team and maintaining positive tenant relations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a leasing coordinator?

To thrive as a Leasing Coordinator, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in property management or real estate, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant certification.
