We know that a happy resident is at the heart of what we do, and we know that a positive work environment is how we get there. We are currently looking for a leasing consultant to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes to potential residents, ensuring lease agreements are properly executed and assisting with lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include managing resident retention initiatives, providing outstanding customer service to current and future residents, and maintaining open and effective communication with residents and the property management team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with leases and lease administration
