A Leasing Associate is responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding and leasing rental properties, such as apartments or commercial spaces. Their duties typically include conducting property tours, answering inquiries, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements. They also help ensure properties are well-presented, address tenant concerns, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Time management can be challenging, especially during peak leasing seasons when demand for tours and inquiries increases. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential to ensure both prospective and existing tenants receive prompt, attentive service.
