About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and current residents, while also ensuring that all leasing and marketing objectives are met. You will be the first point of contact for all prospective residents, and will be responsible for conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. Your ultimate goal will be to maintain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with Rent Manager or other property management software.
