Leasing Consultant – Fort Myers, FL 33908

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Fort Myers, FL.

Requirements:

  • Previous multifamily/apartment leasing experience
  • Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and organized
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective and current residents
  • Conduct property tours
  • Process applications and leasing paperwork
  • Assist with resident questions and concerns
  • Follow up with prospective residents
  • Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
  • Ensure compliance with Tax Credit requirements
