You will:

  • Partner with executive leadership, sales, and business development to drive IT/OT growth strategy, including assessments, remediation projects, and long-term client engagements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT/OT engineers and technical resources to deliver high-quality, repeatable solutions
  • Act as a technical leader and escalation point across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and OT environments
  • Support and guide the development of standardized IT/OT offerings, including network assessments, cybersecurity risk evaluations, and lifecycle services
  • Work closely with project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations
  • Participate in client engagements to build trust, identify opportunities, and expand existing accounts
  • Drive team utilization, delivery consistency, and overall P&L performance for the IT/OT group
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and documentation expectations across projects
  • Collaborate across engineering, field teams, and sales to ensure alignment between solution design and execution
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for IT/OT services, including differentiation in the mid-market space
  • Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, OT, or converged IT/OT environments (industrial networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity)
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of industrial networking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles
  • Experience supporting or delivering client-facing projects and technical solutions
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic level (growth, offerings, client relationships) and technical level (architecture, troubleshooting, guidance)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, project management, and executive leadership
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

You may have:

  • Experience with industrial control systems, PLC/SCADA environments, or OT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with IT/OT assessments, cybersecurity frameworks, or risk evaluations
  • Background in network architecture, virtualization, or secure remote access solutions
  • Experience building or scaling a technical services line of business
