Job description

As a Learning Architect, you will help lead and shape the strategic evolution of the bank's enterprise learning function by creating adaptive, future-focused learning strategies that align with business goals and emerging trends like generative AI. You will champion skills-based talent development, inclusive and innovative culture-building, and the design of scalable, hyper-personalized learning solutions. Leveraging data, systems thinking, and emerging technologies-including generative AI-you will serve as a key advisor and partner in guiding strategic planning, optimizing learning experiences, and ensuring the seamless integration with an offshore managed service model to provide state-of-the-art learning solutions for all colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a future-focused learning strategy in alignment with assigned businesses' goals and objectives to drive enterprise capability building and workforce transformation.
  • AI & Digital Transformation: Develop generative AI-enabled adaptive learning capabilities, integrate neuroscience of learning, and anticipate the impact of AI on job roles and organizational learning capabilities. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and predictive analytics to measure, track, and enhance learning outcomes and business impact.
  • Learning Ecosystem Design: Build and integrate an interoperable learning ecosystem, including learning experience platforms (LXPs), talent marketplaces, and AI-driven curation to create technology-enhanced experiences.
  • Change & Stakeholder Management: Lead change initiatives, manage partnerships, and foster alignment between learning strategies and measurable business objectives. 
  • Collaborative Planning: Work across HR, Talent, and Analytics functions to connect learning with workforce planning, future skills forecasting, and resource prioritization.
  • Business Partnering: Apply influencing, consulting, and contracting skills to support business leaders in achieving objectives within the learning managed service model.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with the bank's learning managed service provider to develop effective learning solutions and drive the implementation of the new enterprise learning operating model.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Track record of designing holistic learning solutions that drive measurable business transformation within large, complex organizations.
  • Expertise in driving organizational change and achieving tangible business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to assess learning impact.
  • Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms, learning analytics, and digital capability building.
  • Strategic thinker that is able to align learning initiatives with business objectives and emerging trends.
  • Experience influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders on learning strategy.
  • Strong ability to manage key business stakeholders and collaborative across HR functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theories, future-of-work methodologies, learning experience design techniques, talent ecosystems, and advanced learning technologies.
  • Advanced degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position is $163,000-$200,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
