The Leadership Development Program Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, promoting, and delivering high-impact leadership development programs for the AMR Region to strengthen organizational capability, build leadership bench strength, and support the regional strategic talent agenda. This role will drive the successful execution of regional and global leadership programs, ensuring alignment with company culture, leadership frameworks, and business priorities.
The manager will partner closely with Talent and Development teams and external vendors to design and curate learning journeys, manage regional and global program logistics, coach and guide regional facilitators and evaluate program effectiveness across the AMR region.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
PROGRAM DESIGN AND FACILITATION
  • Develop, refine, and localize leadership development programs aligned with organizational principles, competencies, and talent philosophy
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, learning events, and capability-building sessions for leaders at all levels
  • Adapt content to regional needs while ensuring consistency with global standards.
  • Incorporate adult-learning principles, experiential activities, simulations, and coaching techniques

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION
  • Lead end-to-end coordination for leadership development programs, both global and regional (virtual and in-person)
  • Oversee program logistics, scheduling, communications, facilitator assignments, materials, and evaluations
  • Manage external vendors, facilitators, coaches, and partners to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitor participant engagement and program compliance; address risks and escalate challenges when needed

LEADERSHIP STRATEGY ALIGNMENT
  • Partner with HRBP for leadership training needs assessments, to identify and validate new scopes, target and skills for current leaders, understand capability needs, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Support the rollout of programs such as Leading DPW Way, Managing the DPW World Way, and Working DP World Way across the region, ensuring activation and impact as expected
  • Supporting the rollout of mobility programs across the region for the development of future leadership pipelines
  • Responsible for the execution of the first-time manager program activation in ARO and across BUs in the region, making sure activation occurs broadly

MEASUREMENT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • Track program metrics, feedback, and outcomes (NPS, ROI, behavior change indicators)
  • Use data insights to refine content, strengthen program impact, and support reporting to HRVPs and senior leadership
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and introduce innovation into leadership experiences

LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY
  • Lead and develop the internal facilitators community and ensure capability uplift through Train-the-Trainer initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree diploma, post-graduate certificate within the HR, talent, and Leadership development space preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to effectively use AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to improve productivity, data analysis, decision support, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • English, Spanish, and Portuguese preferred
