Job Number: R0241695 Cost Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: Assists Program Manager with the research and development of projects within a corporate program. Applies advanced advising skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members. You Have: * 3+ years of experience with Cost Analysis or Strategic Pricing
* Experience developing robust products such as Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), and rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates using an array of estimating methodologies
* Knowledge of inflation, basic methodology application, and DoW Work Breakdown Structure regulatory procedures
* Ability to work in an agile and fast paced environment and rapidly derive customized pricing and cost solutions as requested by program stakeholders
* Ability to partner with systems engineers, logisticians, and program managers to interpret technical specifications and risks in estimating methodologies
* Ability to collect, verify, and normalize large sets of historical data, and apply inflation indices, learning curves, and advanced risk or uncertainty distributions
* Ability to translate complex quantitative data and financial models into clear, actionable briefings and reports for senior leadership
* Secret clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
