RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Ensure company policy and Brand Quality Standards are followed.
โ€ข Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.
โ€ข Training and developing new hourly team members.
โ€ข Increasing sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations
โ€ข Maintain an overall management style in accordance with our established best practices.
โ€ข Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation.

โ€ข Complete all tasks assigned by General Manager on time.
โ€ข Must be 18 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
โ€ข Has strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
โ€ข Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
โ€ข Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions
โ€ข Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
โ€ข Passion for the business and compassion for people
โ€ข Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
โ€ข Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
โ€ข Must be at least 18 years of age
โ€ข High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate's degree preferred
โ€ข 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
โ€ข Driving is essential for this position so a valid driver's license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required
โ€ข Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
โ€ข Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more
โ€ข Food Handlers Certification
โ€ข Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state)
REQUIREMENTS:
โ€ข Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
โ€ข Must be able to stand during entire shift
โ€ข Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
โ€ข Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
โ€ข Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
โ€ข Frequent washing of hands
โ€ข Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
