Job Description Summary
The AI Learning & Workforce Capability Leader leads enterprise initiatives that help employees build the skills needed to succeed in an AI-enabled workplace. This role focuses on designing learning strategies, capability frameworks, and career development pathways that prepare the workforce to effectively use artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Working across Human Resources, Learning & Development, and technology teams, this leader develops scalable programs that strengthen AI literacy, support workforce reskilling, and align employee development with evolving business needs. The role plays a key part in shaping how the organization prepares its workforce for new ways of working where human expertise and AI tools operate together.
Please note, preferred work location is Evendale, OH, however, remote employment will also be considered.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the enterprise strategy for AI learning and workforce capability development.
  • Identify emerging skill needs as AI technologies reshape work and translate those needs into scalable learning programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational priorities and future workforce requirements.
  • Design programs that build foundational AI literacy as well as advanced capabilities across the workforce.
  • Create learning pathways that help employees effectively integrate AI tools into their daily work.
  • Partner with talent and workforce planning teams to support reskilling initiatives as roles evolve.
  • Help define capability frameworks and skill models that support AI-enabled career pathways.
  • Partner with HR teams to integrate skills into talent systems, career architecture, and internal mobility programs.
  • Develop resources that support employee growth in emerging AI-related roles and capabilities.
  • Work closely with HR, technology, and business leaders to identify workforce capability gaps and design targeted learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate enterprise programs that support AI adoption and workforce readiness.
  • Facilitate collaboration between learning, talent, and digital transformation teams.
  • Establish metrics to measure learning impact, workforce capability growth, and program effectiveness.
  • Monitor adoption and continuously refine learning programs based on feedback and data.
  • Communicate insights and outcomes to senior leadership

Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in enterprise learning, workforce capability development, or talent strategy.
  • Experience designing and leading large-scale learning or reskilling initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into practical workforce learning programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives within large organizations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 25%

Desired Characteristics:
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience developing learning programs related to AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with skills-based talent models, capability frameworks, or job architecture systems.
  • Experience supporting workforce transformation initiatives in global organizations.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their potential impact on workforce capability needs.

Pay and Benefits:
  • The base pay range for this position is $200,000 - 300,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This role is also equity-eligible. This posting is expected to close on April 24th, 2026.
