Eaton Community Schools is currently accepting applications for the position of Director of Teaching and Learning beginning with the 2026-2027 school year . Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
  • Valid State of Ohio administrative license/certificate.
  • Three (3) or more years of public school administrator experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of public school teaching experience.
  • Possess a knowledge of or experience with scientifically based research, educational reform and best practices.

In addition to the online application, interested applicants must submit a letter of interest, resume, and three (3) letters of reference. The final candidate must pass a criminal background check upon request and meet other employment requirements.
