Q2 is seeking a Technical Product Manager on our Backend Services team. Working with the Product & Delivery Management Teams, the Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic and some tactical aspects of the roadmap for Q2's suite of Backend Services products. Your work will require broad cross-product collaboration and a deep technical focus - you'll be uncovering client, both internal and external, needs, accurately scoping effort, creating robust documentation, developing product delivery goals, working to drive down a large backlog and actively guiding architectural transformation. Think of yourself as the glue that ties together Q2's Online Banking platform: working with all the different parts of our organization to help us launch new products & integrations and evolve our existing ones so our clients can continue defining the cutting edge of banking. This position is demanding and fast paced, requiring a lot of initiative, self motivation and deep organizational skills. You will need to acquire deep product knowledge across Online Banking products, and oversee best practices for the backend services product even when the feature falls outside your domain.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions
Collaborate with other Product Managers to align products with company strategy
Manage products across all lifecycle phases
Handle vendor relationships and align forward roadmaps
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated
Scope, plan, and execute work across multiple engineering and product teams
Identify opportunities for new trends/features/products
Build product business cases using research, industry expertise, and financial knowledge
Assess risk of value, feasibility, and usability for product success
Communicate value and vision effectively to stakeholders
Engage with clients via Success and Sales teams as needed
Champion end-user experience and integrate best-in-class front-end design
Work with Release Management teams for release documentation and internal training
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Agile experience, including all phases of product lifecycle
Previous customer-facing roles
Experience evolving custom solutions to scalable products
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
Excellent communication and data analysis skills
Self-starter with ability to deliver results
