*This is a remote position when not out in the field on projects*


Stonhard Position Overview:

Stonhardโ€™s Construction Superintendent is responsible supervising large, sometimes multi-phase, flooring construction projects. Our Superintendent works with General Contractors, Stonhard installation partners and customers to deliver finished flooring projects at customer sites.


Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
  • Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000
  • Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000
  • Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business Expenses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites
  • Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines
  • Present and promote Stonhardโ€™s products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region
  • Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports
  • Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects


Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of related construction project management required
  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
  • Computer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
