Position Overview

The Product Manager – Industrial & Automation will drive product strategy, market positioning, and lifecycle management for advanced automation and power solutions.

This role combines technical expertise and strategic business leadership, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and global leadership teams to deliver innovative products that meet evolving market needs.

The successful candidate will act as the voice of the customer, shaping product roadmaps, supporting go-to-market strategies, and expanding the company's presence across North America.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Market Development

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for industrial automation and power electronics solutions.
  • Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning to guide product development.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Act as the internal product champion, ensuring teams understand product value and market positioning.
  • Support product launches, training initiatives, and customer engagement activities.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Engage with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences.
  • Provide strategic guidance to sales teams to support complex technical opportunities.

Business & Performance Management

  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts.
