The Opportunity

The Customer Education Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and operational execution of instructor-led training programs for customers and partners. This role ensures high-quality learning experiences by coordinating logistics, instructors, learners, and platforms across a global training portfolio.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with experience supporting technical training programs and working across distributed teams.

About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be joining the Global Customer Education/Enablement team, a dynamic and geodispersed group characterized by a collaborative spirit and a hunger for continuous improvement. Our team thrives on working together across various locations, embracing diverse perspectives and skill sets to enhance customer engagement and drive education initiatives effectively.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Learning & Content Strategy Systems. There are no travel requirements for this position, enabling you to concentrate on your professional growth and contributions without the need for frequent travel.

Your Role

Training Program Coordination & Scheduling

  • Plan and schedule ILT sessions (virtual and in-person) across global regions and time zones

  • Manage course calendars, enrollment capacity, and instructor assignments

  • Coordinate public, private, and on-demand training requests

Instructor & Resource Management

  • Partner with certified instructors to confirm availability and readiness

  • Ensure instructors have course materials, labs, and delivery tools

  • Coordinate third-party training partners and vendors

Logistics & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end logistics including:

  • Virtual platform setup (Zoom, LMS integrations)

  • Physical classroom arrangements (when applicable)

  • Lab environment readiness (Nutanix Hands-on Labs, cloud labs, etc.)

  • Handle communications with participants: confirmations, reminders, prerequisites

Learner Experience & Customer Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for learners before, during, and after training

  • Monitor attendance, completion, and satisfaction

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and delivery issues in real time

Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain records in LMS and CRM systems

  • Track training metrics including attendance, utilization, and feedback scores

  • Generate reports on program performance and operational efficiency

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect learner and instructor feedback to improve training programs

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance scalability

  • Support standardization of global training operations

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5-7 years experience in training coordination, program management, or learning operations

  • Experience supporting instructor-led training in a corporate or technical environment

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, scheduling tools, and collaboration software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise technology or SaaS environments (cloud, virtualization, infrastructure)

  • Familiarity with Nutanix products, hybrid multicloud concepts, or IT certifications

  • Experience coordinating global training programs across multiple regions

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery best practices

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 88,000 and USD $ 175,200 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
