What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager Trainee (internally referred to as our Leader in Training), your goal is to master people management out in the field. This is a hands-on Management Trainee track designed to teach you operations from the ground up:
  • Field Operations & Leadership: Learn and conduct crew management, schedule work and employees, review timesheets, and manage jobs across educational, corporate, and industrial sites.
  • Hands-On Rotation: Build credibility by working alongside frontline staff in janitorial, landscaping, and specialty services (mowing, cleaning, and equipment operation).
  • HR & Safety Management: Gain experience interviewing, onboarding, and coaching frontline staff while managing retention and engagement strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site audits to inspect field work for quality, safety compliance, and completion.
  • Business Exposure: Rotate through sales, customer relations, and budget management to build a well-rounded executive foundation.
