This Role:

Quadbridge is looking for a driven Account Manager in the Greater Vancouver Area. This is a high-impact, sales role focused on building strong local relationships, prospecting new clients, and delivering tailored IT solutions through face-to-face selling and relationship building. You'll be the face of Quadbridge in the field - meeting with decision-makers, uncovering needs, and driving value through a consultative, solution-based approach. If you're a self-starter, with a builder mindset, who thrives on relationship-driven selling, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new accounts via calls, emails, networking and strategic partnerships
  • Engage with cross functional teams of Product and Solution Experts
  • Lead and facilitate in-person meetings with senior contacts within customer accounts
  • Create sales opportunities by leveraging new and existing customer relationships
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline through CRM tools on a regular basis
  • Value-based and solution selling at all levels of the organization
  • Work collaboratively with partner community to create opportunities, align with strategy and obtain additional support
  • Ongoing learning and development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, with a focus on managing mid-to-large size accounts and navigating complex, long sales cycles.
  • Proven track record in selling project-based IT solutions.
  • Experience conducting face-to-face sales calls (an asset)
  • An established client portfolio is a strong asset to accelerate success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven approach to success
  • Consistently positive attitude, fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, staying up to date with industry trends, and working with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies, preferred
