Position Summary:
The Learning Programs & Systems Specialist helps to design, implement, and sustain high-quality learning programs that build leadership capability and support the continued growth of The Springs Living. Working closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts, this role translates organizational needs into practical, engaging, and scalable learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Program Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of learning and development programs across the organization
  • Manage training calendars, program logistics, communications, and scheduling
  • Support leadership development initiatives and professional development programs
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and development experiences
  • Ensure smooth execution of onboarding and new employee orientation programs
  • Maintain program documentation, training schedules, and operational processes

Learning Systems Administration
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (UKG Learning)
  • Manage course assignments, user access, learning paths, and completion tracking
  • Support CEU tracking and documentation for applicable roles
  • Ensure training compliance and accurate training records across the organization
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide support to leaders and employees using the system
  • Maintain learning resources and digital libraries so employees can easily access development content

Learning Experience & Employee Development Support
  • Ensure employees have access to clear, engaging, and relevant learning opportunities
  • Support leaders in navigating development resources and learning programs
  • Partner with subject matter experts to help translate operational knowledge into practical learning resources
  • Help curate external learning resources, tools, and development opportunities
  • Assist with coordination of leadership programs such as Spring Ahead and other internal development initiatives
  • Serve as an instructor for internal learning and development programs, delivering engaging classes and workshops for staff

Learning Analytics & Program Effectiveness
  • Track participation, completion rates, and engagement across learning programs
  • Assist in evaluating learning outcomes and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Provide reporting on training completion, participation, and development initiatives
  • Help identify trends and opportunities to strengthen learning engagement

Continuous Improvement & Learning Innovation
  • Support exploration of new learning tools, technologies, and delivery methods
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve learning processes and systems
  • Contribute ideas to enhance accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness of development programs
  • Help evolve the learning experience as the organization grows

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting learning programs, training coordination, or learning systems administration
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as UKG Learning
  • Strong program coordination and project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating training events, programs, or development initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with learning tools such as Canva, Articulate, or digital learning platforms is required
