Job Description

This role serves to lead the design and execution of training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and team member performance

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Leads a team of managers who oversee the content design, retail training delivery and SSC/energy training delivery teams
  2. Leads the design and execution of training content (e-learning, workshops, ILT, guides), program management and facilitation
  3. Is responsible for the centralization of training delivery across all business functions 
  4. Partner with department heads to identify training needs and define learning requirements; is responsible for the intake of all training requests across business functions, to include needs analysis 
  5. Manages team of learning professionals and subject matter experts who create and deliver comprehensive blended learning, oversee the learning management system (LMS) and analyze training effectiveness; manages vendors
  6. Contribute to the department plan by building comprehensive plans that ensure learning solutions align with business goals
Qualifications
  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required
  • Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 8 years experience
