Responsibilities of the Onsite Manager include, but are not limited to:

· Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services

· Manage customer inquiries regarding various report requests and month-end processes

· Quote prices and process customer orders

· Procurement

· Check availability of stock

· Cycle counting

· Shipping and receiving

· Inventory management

· Manage overall operations of location, including all on-site employees


Qualifications of the Onsite Manager include, but are not limited to:

· Purchasing and inventory experience

· Background experience specific to MRO categories such as Rotating equipment, Bearings, Jan/San, Electrical, Pneumatics, Tools

· Outstanding customer service and management skills

· Must be sales driven

· Problem solving skills

· Proficiency with Netsuite, M4 as well as personal computers including Microsoft Office Suite, Profit21 experiences a plus.

· Supervising and mentoring employees as needed

· Following and implementing DXP policies and procedures

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: Able to lift 50 lbs

Working Conditions: Temperature controlled space
Shift Time/Overtime: 7AM-5PM M-F
Travel: 0-5%
Education: High school diploma or GED required
