Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Design, develop, implement and evaluate innovative learning and performance programs and strategies designed to increase satisfaction and success within a specific area/department or position, consistent with the goals and strategy of the organization.

  • Identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps through training needs assessments and job/task analysis in partnership with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain training and reference materials aligned with business needs, including curricula, guides, webinars, instructor-led, and online learning.
  • Develop training solutions using current technologies and instructional design and adult learning best practices.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and job skills training through multiple delivery channels.
  • Recommend and implement effective learning interventions to drive performance, support change, and overcome barriers.
  • Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning retention, application, and business impact.
  • Maintain efficiency in a changing environment by collaborating with partners, continuously improving learning experiences, and sharing knowledge.
  • Research and stay current on instructional design methods, learning technologies, and training trends through professional development and networking.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 1+ years related experience required.
  • Experience in transportation industry preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and web-conferencing tools preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
  • Must possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to interface with all levels within the organization.
  • Must be well organized and possess strong attention to detail.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills.
  • Must be able to travel as necessary.


Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annual
