Eagle Quest is looking for a qualified professional to join our team!


The STRONG Home Supervisoris responsible for oversight of operational aspects of a treatment-level foster home, staffing, and behavioral health services. The home Supervisor will also be the liaison between community partners and the homes staff. Thispositionwill provide direct supervision of staff as well as support the STRONG home manager. This is a grant funded program operated by Eagle Quest.Additional responsibilities include oversight of referrals, intake and scheduling process of all behavioral health services, ensuring quality service delivery, positive outcomes, and excellent customer service, and training to ensure an effective workforce.


We welcome candidates who possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university - required
  • At least one (1) year Supervisory experience
  • At least three (3) years experience in providing services to children and their families - required.
  • Experience within a mental health program
  • Experience with the Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Services fields
