Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Learning Coordinator. As a Learning Coordinator, you will plan and organize all virtual and in person courses; maintain training schedules; prepare training materials for all programs; ensure accurate training records; prepare reports; produce virtual courses; and assist with the administration of other development tools and resources.

Skills/Qualifications

Required
   High School Diploma/GED
   Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
   High attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred
   SAP or other Learning Management System (LMS) experience
   Training experience
