We have an immediate opening for a Digital Experience Coordinator, based in our Overland Park, KS office. The Digital Experience Coordinator will play a pivotal role in identifying and leading marketing technology opportunities, including but not limited to: ControlTower, website personalization, user experience audits, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and general website strategy.
Our ideal candidate can build strong relationships with internal and client teams, lead integrated digital marketing projects, learn new platforms quickly, and speak knowledgeably of key digital marketing technologies and tactics on short notice.
The Digital Experience Coordinator will be able to work independently and deliver projects on time and within budget. They will oversee projects from ideation to execution and be able to balance creative problem solving with analytical thinking. Their work will have them collaborating with several disciplines, including Account Management, Email Marketing & Automation, Media, Paid Search, Organic Social, Interactive Development, Creative and Product Services.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to integrated marketing technology strategies for client websites.
  • Oversee website personalization and conversion rate optimization programs.
  • Support website and user experience strategy discussions and audits.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ControlTower, associated technologies, and digital experience team processes.
  • Identify digital marketing opportunities and act as a catalyst for integrated marketing across channels.
  • Oversee production of monthly personalization performance reports and integrated marketing technology reporting.
  • Assist in content management and discoverability efforts as necessary.
  • Maintain marketing technology documentation, including case studies, marketing materials and training documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solution-oriented and able to take into account both quality standards, as well as the real-world constraints of a project.
  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing technologies and principles.
  • Able to support recommendations with analytics.
  • Understanding of the physical, cognitive, cultural and social factors that affect user decisions.
  • Able to work constructively across departments and teams.
  • Strong interest in learning new technologies and skills.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1+ year of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of user experience, conversion rate optimization, and personalization software.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within established timelines and budgets.
