Job description

Our Client Skills Training & Practice Management Team for the Global Private Bank (GPB) designs and scales engaging training and practice management experiences that measurably improve performance for AWM Analysts, Advisors, and Sales Managers. We harness the collective power of our firm to build the elite advisors and specialists of tomorrow through evidence-led, AI-enabled learning solutions delivered at scale.

As an Associate Project Manager (AI-Enabled Learning), you will support the execution of initiatives that transform training modules into AI-enabled solutions embedded in GPB practice management routines. Reporting to the team's Global Head of Strategy Insights & AI Enablement, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, learning partners, and Product and Technology teams to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and help ensure solutions drive measurable adoption and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with content owners, subject matter experts, and Product and Technology partners to convert training modules into AI-enabled solutions, including requirements, content readiness, reviews, testing, and launch readiness.
  • Support day-to-day delivery across multiple initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and handoffs across teams.
  • Maintain project plans and timelines, key dates, and deliverables; track progress, flag risks early, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Coordinate iterative delivery work where applicable, including planning, tracking outstanding work, facilitating regular check-ins, and capturing action items and status updates.
  • Run working sessions and stakeholder check-ins; document decisions, open questions, and next steps to keep work moving and stakeholders aligned.
  • Track risks, issues, and inter-team dependencies; escalate items that need leadership attention and support mitigation through completion.
  • Support launches by coordinating communications, reinforcement plans, and feedback collection to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Prepare clear status updates and professional materials for regular updates, including weekly summaries, meeting notes, and dashboards.
  • Keep project documents and delivery tracking up to date and accurate in the appropriate tools and repositories.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience supporting delivery of cross-functional projects, including enablement, learning, product, operations, or technology programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including planning, tracking, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize updates into clear actions, decisions needed, and next steps.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and/or supporting AI-enabled solutions in a business environment.
  • Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery ways of working, or willingness to learn.
  • B.S. or B.A. degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Project Management, Learning and Development, Technology, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in learning enablement, practice management, coaching programs, or field readiness for client-facing teams.
  • Experience converting content into digital learning formats, including learning journeys, guided practice, microlearning, or job aids.
  • Familiarity with adoption and effectiveness measurement, including engagement, usage, proficiency signals, behavior change, or related indicators.
  • Exposure to product and technology delivery concepts, including requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and release coordination.
