Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Trainer in Jacksonville, FL. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that support operational excellence and user adoption of business systems. This role will partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to create instructor-led and e-learning content, facilitate virtual training sessions, and translate complex processes and policies into effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and experienced in both training delivery and instructional design. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver training programs for operational teams and system users Create engaging e-learning modules, job aids, presentations, and training documentation Facilitate live virtual and instructor-led training sessions Partner with subject matter experts to gather knowledge and translate business processes into training materials Develop training content for systems, applications, policies, and operational procedures Support knowledge transfer initiatives and process documentation efforts Manage multiple project-based training initiatives with competing deadlines Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback Maintain training materials and ensure content remains accurate and current Support system rollouts, process changes, and operational initiatives through training and communication plans Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, learning and development, or operations training Experience creating e-learning content and virtual training programs Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training platforms Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience documenting processes and creating training materials Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Articulate 360 and Storyline Experience supporting LMS platforms, business systems, or software applications Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Forms Experience developing PowerPoint-based training materials Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Key Competencies: Instructional Design E-Learning Development Virtual Training Facilitation Learning Management Systems (LMS) Training Content Development Process Documentation Project Management Knowledge Transfer Stakeholder Collaboration Communication and Presentation Skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
