KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, L&D, to join our Learning & Development organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning, delivery, and closeout of instructor-led, virtual, self-study, and nationally developed local learning
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of CPE requirements, Systems of Quality Control, NASBA guidelines, Enrolled Agent requirements, and internal deployment processes; implement updates as needed
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and deployment of digital asset courses and help maintain the SharePoint digital asset database
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize reports to assess training effectiveness and support training delivery
  • Assist with additional learning and development initiatives, as needed
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of recent experience in a professional business environment; experience in a learning or training organization preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience with AI tools preferred
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, make day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision, and manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, as needed
