Love helping people learn and grow? We're looking for a Training Specialist to deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training that helps employees build new skills and succeed in their roles.

? What you'll do:

  • Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Create a fun, engaging learning experience for employees
  • Update and improve training materials based on feedback and business needs
  • Partner with the training team to coordinate class schedules
  • Help ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for every participant

? What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training
  • Experience facilitating training for large groups
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Bonus if you've worked with video editing tools or adult learning principles!
