Expected Starting Salary Range: 42.17 - 53.64


SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Develops, implements and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs. Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.

Scope: Applies a depth of expertise to develop and deliver complex offerings with and for leader and muiltidisciiplinary audiences. Connects content to issues within and external to CCHMC. Adeptly reinforces key drivers for CCHMC. Leads and mentors others in content development and delivery.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·Program Development
Applies a depth of expertise to plan, design and develop learning programs, talent programs, technologies or support systems that facilitate the achievement of the institution's strategic goals. Collaborates with clients to develop solutions that meet needs and reflect sound instructional and adult learning theories.
·Consultation
Promotes and provides guidance, resources and knowledge for professional growth across the organizational level and in the community. Acts as a champion by creating a dynamic learning environment and cultivating a culture of lifelong learning.
·Project Management
Manages multiple projects, defines key deliverables, coordinates and manages to deadlines and within cost; establishes a set of tasks and activities associated with an intended outcome and timeline; ensures actions are performed and/or implemented to achieve the desired results.
·Project Leadership
Completes projects and assignments by establishing objectives, creating timelines, adjusting priorities, managing ad-hoc teams, monitoring progress, solving problems and presenting findings.
·Training and Facilitations
Consults with clients and stakeholders to develop and trainings that are customized for the audience. Evaluates knowledge gained in a way that supports improvements of end users.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


Required:
·Bachelor's degree in a related field
·5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
