Coordinates employee onboarding, orientation logistics, educational programs, classroom scheduling, registrations, attendance tracking, and educational calendars. Supports the administration of the Learning Management System (HealthStream) by coordinating course assignments, completion reports, compliance tracking, and learner support in collaboration with the Senior Online Learning Manager. Coordinates with the Montefiore Nyack American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center, including course scheduling, instructor communication, rosters, certificates, eCards, Prepares and maintains education-related reports, compliance metrics, continuing education records, CALM attendance, workplace violence education data, onboarding metrics, and other departmental analytics. Processes and tracks education-related purchasing, INFOR XM requisitions, invoices, inventory, and budget expenditures, including NYSNA seminar reimbursements and other educational resources. Serves as the operational liaison between CLD and Nursing Leadership, Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Epic Training, academic partners, and other departments to facilitate educational operations. Coordinates departmental meetings, educational events, committee logistics, agendas, meeting minutes, and communications while maintaining accurate educational records and documentation. Utilizes Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, HealthStream, INFOR XM, and other organizational systems to maintain databases, generate reports, analyze data, and support departmental operations. Promotes continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, standardize operational processes, and support the strategic goals of Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
