Job description

Brandt is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Manufactured Products team at the Customer Support Center in Regina, SK.

This role provides an exceptional entry point into Brandtโ€™s sales organization, offering hands-on exposure to our products, customers, and sales processes. The Sales Coordinator supports internal and external sales activities while developing the product knowledge, communication skills, and business acumen necessary to advance into future outside sales roles, such as Territory Manager.

Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers to support sales initiatives, prepare quotes, and assist with dealer communications.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from dealers and customers, providing professional, timely, and accurate assistance.
  • Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials that help drive product awareness and dealer engagement.
  • Work with Marketing to launch new products and create materials that highlight key features and value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales planning and product development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Coordinate dealer training sessions, sales meetings, and tradeshows alongside Territory Managers.
  • Maintain compliance with Brandtโ€™s co-op advertising standards and terms.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and timely order updates.
  • Participate in learning and development opportunities to build sales and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall dealer and customer experience.
