FULL-TIME โ€“ Early Learning Teacherโ€™s Associate

Looking for a full-time role where you can make a real impact every day? Join our Early Learning team at the YMCA, where youโ€™ll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Position Summary

The Early Learning Teacherโ€™s Associate supports the Lead Teacher in providing a high-quality early childhood experience. This role helps maintain a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate classroom while building positive relationships with children and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines and activities in a safe and engaging environment. Assist the Lead Teacher with planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons. Provide emotional support and positive guidance to children. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom. Work collaboratively with staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications
