Overview

As an Associate, Client Success, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and management of client relationships across a dynamic portfolio of accounts. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Client Services, Billing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects and a high-quality client experience.

In this role, you will help drive the day-to-day operational perfection behind data-driven marketing campaigns-supporting project delivery, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication across partners. Your ability to stay organized, analyze data, and adapt to shifting priorities will directly contribute to campaign success and client satisfaction.

The Associate, Client Success will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining exposure to high-profile client work while building foundational skills in account management, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of client projects by coordinating internal workflows and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate, real-time project status updates and communicate progress effectively across teams
  • Contribute to the execution of data-driven direct marketing campaigns, including preparation of client and conference materials
  • Analyze large data sets to produce clear, concise reporting that supports Account Executive strategies
  • Track program performance and generate consolidated reports to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Support financial processes by researching and reconciling billing, invoicing, and shipping-related data
  • Build strong working relationships across teams, including management, clients, and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Provide back-up support to Account Executives as needed

 Compensation Range: USD $56,000.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
