Lead Teacher – Two-Year-Old Classroom
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an energetic, dependable, and nurturing Lead Teacher for our Two-Year-Old classroom. This individual should be warm, patient, and adaptable, while also providing structure and consistency throughout the day. Our ideal candidate is a team player who understands the unique developmental needs of two-year-olds and is passionate about supporting children as they grow socially, emotionally, physically, and developmentally during this important stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a structured yet flexible daily classroom routine
Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment for young learners
Provide nurturing care, supervision, and support while encouraging independence and confidence
Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans that support learning through play
Support children through emotional regulation, communication development, and social interactions
Use positive behavior guidance strategies while maintaining clear classroom expectations
Communicate professionally and respectfully with children, families, coworkers, and administration
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards
