Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position assists in providing high-quality care in WNCSource's early childhood education centers on an as needed basis for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Head Start prepares young children to succeed in school and in life beyond school. We deliver services to children and families in areas of early learning, health, and family well-being while engaging parents as partners every step of the way.

Requirements
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential ($16.37/hr),
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education/related field ($16.90/hr);
  • Baccalaureate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education/related field ($19.01/hr). .

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in child development either through working with own children, working with a group of children or through child development training.
